Salefish Properties has a fiduciary responsibility to maintain the property. Whenever we are at the residence, we are on the look-out for potential repairs and/or maintenance required to keep the property in good condition and safe for the residents. Depending on how critical the situation, we will either take care of it immediately or make a recommendation to the Landlord and provide an estimate.
Most repairs are performed by tradesmen who are also small business owners that can provide quality service, quick response and will accommodate the residents’ schedules at a reasonable price.
- Emergency Maintenance Calls ~ Salefish Properties is available after hours and weekends to respond to Tenants, should a maintenance emergency arise.
- Non-emergency maintenance calls.
- Rent-ready preparation.
- Maintenance of property between Tenants .
- Appliance repair/replacement.
- Large projects (roofs, remodeling, preparation for sale, insurance claims).*
*An hourly project management fee is charged for non-standard maintenance/repair projects.
