Salefish Properties wants paying rent or anything else to be convenient for our residents!
If you prefer to pay your application fee or make a rental payment on-line, either through your bank or with a credit card, please follow these instructions.
If you wish to pay your rent through monthly automatic withdrawals so you don’t have to remember each month, please sign-up by completing this form. There is a $1.80 transaction fee, if you pay on-time.
To make an Online payment with your credit card or through your bank account.
Once you are on the Paylease website:
- Select “Pay Now” under Residents section.
- Sign Up for an account.
- Click on “Pay Now” under the Resident Section in the center of the web page, if you already have an account set-up.
OR - Click on “I am a Resident making a payment to my property management company” (first choice)
OR - Click on “I am an Applicant making a payment to my property management company” (second choice)
- Click on “Pay Now” under the Resident Section in the center of the web page, if you already have an account set-up.
Choose a Password.
- Search For Your Property.
- Select “Property Management Company” in the pull-down menu.
- Enter “Salefish” in the box to the right.
- Then narrow the search by entering the Address fields of “street name” and/or “street number”.
- OR check the properties listed below the Search section and click on “Register” next to the property you own.
Your property address has already been set-up into the Salefish Properties Paylease account, so you will find it when you search for it.
- Select “Make Payment” to make a One-time Payment.
- Enter the dollar amount into the “Owner Payment” field, select “continue”.
- Choose your Payment Method on the following web page and enter payment information, select “continue.
Please note – the fastest way to make a payment is using the Express service – the money is available the next business day – this will allow us to process your application faster or it will reduce your late fees if your rent is past due. The cost is less than $10 for the transaction fee if paying from your bank account which is much less than a late fee.
You can also pay by credit card – transaction fees vary however so check the website.
You should receive an email confirmation when the transaction has been processed.

NO CASH PLEASE! Only Cash amounts less than $200 are accepted in the office for application fees and other payments. You must get a receipt from the receptionist if you leave cash at the office. Salefish Properties is not responsible for any lost rent through the mail or left after hours. If rent is not received and you know that you sent in the payment or dropped off the payment, please call our office with the check/money order number. We are able to research by check number and amount. Be sure to keep money order copies as well to keep for your records.
